Miranda is a relational leader and educator, ground-breaking neuroscience researcher, brain-based executive coach, and passionate leadership psychologist with expertise in consulting across a variety of industries and sectors. Through the application of psychological theory and cutting-edge neuroscience research, her work supports leaders, teams, and organizations to maximize psychological safety, navigate change, and reach high performance.
Miranda has spent 10 years as an educator including 6 years as a graduate-level Professor and Program Director in a graduate school’s Organizational and Leadership Psychology Department. She created and directed the Neuroscience of Leadership Area of Emphasis and Neuroscience of Leadership Laboratory, both firsts of their kind in an academic setting, and received over $85,000 in research grant awards.
In addition to being a leader in the educational sector, she was also formerly the CEO and President of Ralston Directional, a firm that provided horizontal drilling services to major gas and oil industry players across the US.
