Join Dr. Kimberly Jackson as she has a leadership chat with Meta Vice President of Leader Development, Kate Berardo, about purpose, flow, professionalism and credibility with Kate Berardo.
Listen in as Kate shares how creating her own path and building up her career lattice rather than climbing the ladder led to her current success. She also shares why you should quit "shoulding" on yourself in order to find purpose and flow. You don't want to miss her stories about why professionalism and credibility aren't really what you think they are. Kate will also leave you asking yourself, "Am I only considering options A and B when option C could be my defining moment?"
