Kimberly Jackson, Ph.D. MCC
Kimberly passionately and expertly cultivates agile leaders, teams, and cultures. Her approach is a hybrid of coaching and consulting that focuses on leadership agility and team dynamics and effectiveness. She brings significant business knowledge and experience from a global perspective.
She has held management and executive roles with Wausau, John Hancock, FM Global, and ING. Kimberly led a technology team through the creation of ISTAR (individually scheduled tests and results) which was a game-changer for the educational system worldwide. Her work in taking classroom training online led to her involvement in the launch of the GA Distance Learning Association.
Kimberly’s pioneering efforts in competency modeling and training and development led to the creation of the first international corporate learning University, ING America Life. Kimberly is most recognized for her contributions as a frontrunner for the professional coaching industry, which includes the instructional design of coaching competencies and the creation of the International Coaching Federation, International Association of Coaches, and CoachVille Institute. In May of 2022, Kimberly will celebrate the 30th anniversary of her company, Coach Kimberly International (CKI), a global management consulting and leadership development firm.
